Returns & Exchanges

At DFYNE, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging with all DFYNE tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
